Through a collaborative effort between Kolpak, ICC-ES, and Plan North Engineers, the new AC570 acceptance criteria and ICC-ES Evaluation Report establish the first evidence-based, nationwide standard enabling fully freestanding, structural walk-in coolers in all seismic design categories, and marking a major advancement for industry compliance.
