Plan North Engineers contributed the Pass Life Way project to the WoodWorks Innovation Network, showcasing our structural engineering for ten modular townhomes at Snoqualmie Pass. The hybrid system integrates site-built foundations, modular units, and Mass Plywood Panel (MPP) roofs designed for heavy alpine snow loads and seismic conditions.
