Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) (4+ years of experience) to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will lead the design, analysis, and construction of structural systems across various projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to innovative, code-compliant structural solutions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

  • P.E. license required; S.E. license is a plus.

  • Minimum of 4 years of structural engineering experience, including experience in the design of residential, commercial, industrial, and/or component projects.

  • Proficiency with structural design software (RISA Suite, Revit, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


Design & Analysis

Lead structural design and analysis of buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Site Visits

Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and guide project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation

Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.


Mentorship

Mentor junior engineers and provide continuous learning opportunities.

Innovation

Stay informed on industry trends and materials to ensure modern and sustainable designs.


Compensation and Benefits

  • This role offers competitive compensation based on experience, a $5K sign-on bonus for direct applicants, and comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision, and life insurance.
