Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer (E.I.) to join our team. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate eager to develop their skills in structural engineering by working alongside experienced professionals. You will contribute to project designs and analyses, gaining practical experience across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Structural Analysis Support
Assist senior engineers in conducting structural analyses and evaluations for new and existing projects.
Project Participation
Join project meetings, site visits, and inspections to gain hands-on experience.
Learning & Understanding
Develop an understanding of structural codes and materials through mentorship.
Documentation
Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
Professional Development
Continuously expand your knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
E.I. registration or ability to obtain registration.
Familiarity with structural design software (RISA Suite, Revit, etc.).
Enthusiasm for learning and a strong interest in structural engineering.
Experience in the design of residential, commercial, industrial, or component projects is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers competitive compensation based on experinece, a $3K sign-on bonus for direct applicants, and comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision, and life insurance.
